With the increasing digital disruption and growing market competition in the enterprise world, companies need to make continuous learning and development a fundamental element of their business culture. However, the bigger challenge is to ensure that employees embrace skills and knowledge development as part of their DNA. Moreover, they need to grow as professionals without compromising on the daily operations. Although COVID-19 has set in a pressing need for digital transformation at the business level, the demand is even stronger in empowering employees working from home to stay connected and keep up their learning journey. All of this requires a modern, digitally-driven learning and development solution that aligns with the learners’ unique needs and gives them ample opportunity to learn continuously.
Blendit Learning, a reseller and implementation partner of the Fuse learning platform in the Nordic region, helps companies embed the values of continuous learning, communication, and knowledge sharing in their employees. The intent is to build among employees a vibrant learning culture where they support each other, which results in improved business performance. At the core, Blendit Learning aids in keeping the employees committed to continuous improvement through regular training. To keep up the learning momentum, the company enables clients’ HR and management teams to develop personalized content and measure their progress through predefined KPIs. With bite-sized, mobile, searchable learning and knowledge sharing now available, traditional LMSs have become a thing of the past. With a flexible learning solution in place, companies can not only grow faster but also sustain the growth and emerge stronger as a brand. “We see ourselves as a kind of ‘travel agency’ that inspires, guides, and supports its clients in their journey of modern learning,” says Mads Willum Høj Jensen, CEO of Blendit Learning.
The company also understands the major obstacles to achieving real personalised learning experiences. Taking a consultative approach to client engagement, Blendit works closely with its clients to understand where they are and where they want to get to in their learning journey. Subsequently, ideas with its clients to improve the performance of the individuals, teams, and businesses.

Blendit Learning’s full package of service includes consulting, workshops, and Fuse implementations. With these services, clients can have a fully configured Fuse solution implemented and ready to use. In addition, they have the requisite knowledge and understanding of leveraging the solution to its maximum potential. And, if the client only wants a helping hand in making the right decision and completing certain tasks, Blendit Learning’s lightweight service offering, including consultancy and support on selected tasks within modern learning, does the trick for its clients. “Sticking with the travel metaphor, we are making “tailormade travel plans” based on the client’s need - not predefined charter packages where the traveler doesn’t need to take much responsibility, and where all the routes are pretty much the same regardless of the goal,” states Peter Simonsen, Learning Director at Blendit Learning.

In a recent announcement, Blendit Learning extended its partnership with Demant, a medical device company, with a worldwide implementation of the modern learning and knowledge sharing platform Fuse Universal. Both parties are thrilled about the prospects of democratizing access to digital learning for 18,000 employees. “As part of our global business excellence project, we already have 3,000 employees who are learning from each other extensively through Fuse, and Blendit Learning has been instrumental in the success of our project. We aim to continue this success with Blendit Learning and Fuse by choosing this as our new global learning experience platform. With this new program, our employees can share knowledge, cooperate, and connect in new ways,” said Henrik Christiansen, SVP, HR, Demant.
“Our aspiration is to enable our clients. We can provide them with the transport options (Fuse), we can guide them on how to create the (learning) experiences they are looking for, but we strive to make them remain in control of their own journey,” concludes Mads Willum Høj Jensen.
