In a recent announcement, Blendit Learning extended its partnership with Demant, a medical device company, with a worldwide implementation of the modern learning and knowledge sharing platform Fuse Universal. Both parties are thrilled about the prospects of democratizing access to digital learning for 18,000 employees. “As part of our global business excellence project, we already have 3,000 employees who are learning from each other extensively through Fuse, and Blendit Learning has been instrumental in the success of our project. We aim to continue this success with Blendit Learning and Fuse by choosing this as our new global learning experience platform. With this new program, our employees can share knowledge, cooperate, and connect in new ways,” said Henrik Christiansen, SVP, HR, Demant.

“Our aspiration is to enable our clients. We can provide them with the transport options (Fuse), we can guide them on how to create the (learning) experiences they are looking for, but we strive to make them remain in control of their own journey,” concludes Mads Willum Høj Jensen.
